Esther Ezekiel who is fondly called ‘Mama Grace’ endured years of domestic abuse and was eventually abandoned by her husband, leaving her with six children to care for and a mountain of debt. Desperate and overwhelmed, she struggled to survive.
SUDAYI’s initial intervention involved providing financial support to help Mama Grace feed her family. We then offered her entrepreneurship training and connected her with mentors who guided her in establishing a business.
Through her business, Mama Grace is now able to provide for her children and has begun paying off her debts, moving toward a more stable and secure future.
